Randy Welp

28 years in the business and still going strong, this man is a master of his craft.  Placing an emphasis on quality over quantity, his ideals are what has given Mr. Bath its reputation of outstanding customer service and unparalleled worksmanship.  From framing to finishing, Randy works to perfection.

Starting with a degree in music at Berkley College in Boston M.A., Randy began his career in construction as a side to his saxophone playing.  After realizing his true calling lie in remodeling, 1982 he worked with a few construction companies before founding Mr. Bath in 1989.  

He has augmented his knowledge with continuing education in the form of many remodeling seminars and certifications.  He is currently a licensed home improvement contractor, CTI certified, LEAD abatement certified, and has attended many other training seminars regarding the tile and remodeling business.

While not beautifying his customers homes or his own, he enjoys kayaking, hiking, volunteering as a scout leader.
